Tuition and Fees

 Tuition & Fees: Three-Summer Elementary Course 2020–2022

Tuition/Fee Schedule* for Three-Summer Elementary (Ages 6–12) Course, 2020-2021-2022
Foundation Course** Tuition: $2,000
Elementary Course Tuition: $11,000
Examination Fee and AMI Dues: $550

Other Fees and Additional Expenses 
Other fees include nonrefundable application fee, purchase of required materials, and fees imposed to offset the administrative cost of any extra services necessitated by deviations from the routine of the course (e.g., late assignment fees, taking examination[s] another year than that in which they have been scheduled for the course). 

Membership in the Association Montessori Internationale is required during all years in which a student is enrolled in an AMI training course. 
Additional out-of-pocket expenses include student supplies and optional materials.

Standard Tuition Payment Plan
Tuition Deposit
  • $500—Due with contract and applied towards second summer session payment schedule 
Foundation Course** Tuition (if required) 
  • $2,000—Payment due by June 5, 2020
Elementary Course Tuition
  • $6,000—Summer I payment—Due by July 1, 2020
  • $4,500—Summer II payment—Due by June 1, 2021 
    • $500 deposit applies
  • $550—Exam Fee & 3-year AMI Membership—Due by July 1, 2020
Pre-Payment Discount: $9,550, if Total Tuition (not including Foundation Course) is paid by July 1, 2020.
The Montessori Institute of Atlanta reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment.
* A 3.5% transaction fee is added to all online payments. There is no transaction fee if payments are made via cash, check, or money order.
** Foundation Course required for those without an AMI Primary (ages 3–6) Diploma.
